FounderI took a unique path with entrepreneurial roots and stops in consumer fraud class action, investment banking, and derivatives market-making; all before finding a home at Enfusion (ticker: ENFN) as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary (amongst other operational titles, including Compliance Officer and Managing Director, Corporate Development)
Over roughly 9 years, I helped build the organization from 10s of employees, where documentation was an after thought, to 1000+ global employees with sophisticated public company processes and controls.
I had a meaningful role and touched nearly every aspect of our growth. With success, I found that I was uniquely positioned and uniquely loved helping my CEOs see around corners and think through meaningful decisions.
Now, I get to find companies with great stories and fantastic leadership, helping them recognize their dreams.
