My Journey

My path to founding Optimarrow combines entrepreneurial roots with diverse professional experience spanning consumer fraud class action litigation, investment banking, and derivatives market-making. This multifaceted background culminated in my nearly nine-year tenure at Enfusion (NYSE: ENFN), where I served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, along with roles as Vice President Operations, Compliance Officer, and Managing Director of Corporate Development.

During this period, I helped transform Enfusion from a startup with dozens of employees into a sophisticated public company with 1,000+ global team members across 11 offices. This journey from nascent, mostly aspirational, documentation to NYSE-listed entity with robust governance frameworks provided invaluable insights into what separates companies that scale effectively from those that fracture under growth pressure.
